Summary

Ship harbour-zulip: QML-only Silica + Sailfish.WebView 1.0 shell that loads Zulip web.

  • Configurable instance URL (Settings → LocalStorage; placeholder https://chat.example.com; first-run Settings)
  • BuildArch: noarch via sailfishapp_qml + qt5embedwidget
  • Docs: docs/webview.md (limitations vs Flutter native) + README product-paths table
  • Light CI harbour-zulip-scaffold (no SDK/mb2 build — follow-up)

Research CI left intact. No Flutter engine work in this PR.

Test plan

  • ./scripts/check-harbour-zulip-scaffold.sh passes locally
  • Later: mb2 build of harbour-zulip + on-device install
