D. H. confirmed on-device SFOS 5.2.x. Active pin was coderus/sailfishos-platform-sdk:5.0.0.43; matching Hub tag for 5.2.x is 5.2.0.15.

This PR updates docs + CI env only (workflow SDK_IMAGE, README, research notes, flake comments/shellHook). Historical orca 5.0.0.43 notes kept as history.

No image pulls until docker is available on the nixos runner. No merge of this PR by the bot.
